Couriers We Use

Within Malaysia (including Sabah & Sarawak):
– DHL Ecommerce

International Orders:
– DHL Express

Important: Any additional taxes, duties, or import clearance fees for international orders will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends).
Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 3 business days

• Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: 5 – 7 business days

• International: 7 – 14 business days

Note: Delivery may take longer depending on the courier’s service conditions.

Tracking Information

If the courier provides a tracking number, we will send it to you via email or mobile once your order is shipped.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours, please check your email spam folder.

Shipping Rates

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM10

• Sabah & Sarawak: RM30

• International: Shown at checkout*

*Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
You will be shown the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

If you prefer not to pay for shipping, you may choose In-Store Pickup at checkout.
