Once opened, enjoy your Matcha powder at its freshest within 6 months. It can still last up to 1 year if stored properly:

Tips for Mixing Your Matcha Drink Evenly:

Use the right tools – such as MASU / Purple Bamboo Whisk or a TEKI / Matcha Hand Mixer. Proper whisking technique helps blend the powder completely.

Sift your Matcha – use a sieve to break up any clumps before whisking with water or milk.

Avoid spoons or metal whisks – they don’t mix Matcha as effectively and can leave clumps.
How many cups of Matcha can I drink each day?
It’s recommended to enjoy no more than 3 cups of Matcha per day.
