When does my Matcha powder expire?

Once opened, enjoy your Matcha powder at its freshest within 6 months. It can still last up to 1 year if stored properly:

  • Keep it in the refrigerator before and after opening.

  • Always seal tightly and protect from light, heat, air, and moisture to prevent oxidation.

Will Matcha powder go bad from moisture even in the fridge?

Matcha powder is protected in an airtight aluminum zip-lock pouch, so moisture won’t affect it. For best results, store it in the fridge, keeping it sealed and away from sunlight and heat.

Does Matcha contain caffeine?

Yes, Matcha contains caffeine. But it’s gentler and more stable compared to coffee.

Tips for Mixing Your Matcha Drink Evenly:

  1. Use the right tools – such as MASU / Purple Bamboo Whisk or a TEKI / Matcha Hand Mixer. Proper whisking technique helps blend the powder completely.

  2. Sift your Matcha – use a sieve to break up any clumps before whisking with water or milk.

  3. Avoid spoons or metal whisks – they don’t mix Matcha as effectively and can leave clumps.

Hong long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery Times:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2-3 business days
